Secure Way Debt Relief LLC ("SecureWay," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Secure Way Debt Relief LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates the website securewayfinancial.com, our landing pages and online questionnaires, and the marketing and referral services described in this Privacy Policy (together, the "Services"). We help consumers who are looking for help with their debt connect with companies and law firms that offer debt relief and related services (each, a "Provider").
SecureWay is a marketing company. We do not provide debt settlement, credit counseling, credit repair, tax, legal, or financial advice, and we are not a Provider. Our role is to collect information about your situation and refer you to one or more Providers that may be able to help.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services, through phone calls, text messages, and emails with us, and from other sources described below. Information a Provider collects from you after we refer you to it is governed by that Provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
Information you give us. Name, contact details, information about your debt (amount, type, creditors, payment status), income, employment status, housing status, date of birth/age, and state of residence. We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or online banking credentials through our questionnaires.
Information we collect automatically. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and general location, via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (Section 7). On our online questionnaires, we also record which fields of a form you interact with and whether you complete it or stop partway through (for example, which screen or field you were on when you stopped) - this tells us whether and when you interacted with a field, not the content you typed into it, which we only receive if and when you submit the form. We use this to understand how our forms are used, find where people get stuck, document consent, and detect fraud.
Calls, messages, and consent records. We may record calls for quality, training, compliance, and dispute resolution, and we keep records of text messages and of when, where, and how you gave us permission to contact you.
Information from other sources. Marketing partners, lead generators, data providers who verify contact information, Providers who tell us the outcome of a referral, and social media/advertising platforms.
To evaluate your request and match you with one or more Providers; to send your information to those Providers; to contact you about your request and related offers; to operate, protect, and improve the Services; to measure advertising performance; to document consent and respond to complaints; to detect and prevent fraud; to comply with law; and to create deidentified or aggregated data.
Because we are compensated for referrals and use advertising technology, these disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under California and certain other state privacy laws.
You may opt out at any time by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, by emailing privacy@securewayfinancial.com, or by calling 480-716-7363. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for that browser.
If you opt out, we will not be able to refer you to a Provider, because doing so requires sharing your information. A Provider that already received your information may continue to hold and use it under its own privacy policy.
By submitting a request, you may give us permission to contact you — and to have our Providers and marketing partners contact you — by phone and text, including autodialed or prerecorded messages, even if your number is on a do not call list. This permission is not a condition of buying any goods or services, and you can withdraw it anytime by replying STOP to a text, telling a representative, or contacting us (Section 15). Withdrawing consent with us does not withdraw consent you gave a Provider or partner directly.
Text messaging program. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email. Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email. We may still send emails about your request or policy changes.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, and then as long as required by law. Consent records and call recordings are kept for at least five years after your last contact with us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, or sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
SecureWay is based in Texas, and information is stored and processed in the United States. Some service providers and personnel may be located outside the U.S. under contracts requiring them to protect your information consistent with this policy.
The Services may link to Provider and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to information they collect.

To exercise your rights, email privacy@securewayfinancial.com, call 480-716-7363, or use the form at securewayfinancial.com/privacy-request. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, immigration status, or biometric data. Where information is governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, that law governs instead of the state rights above.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
California residents may also request the specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the purposes of collection/sale/sharing, and the categories of third parties information was disclosed to, and may make Civil Code Section 1798.83 direct-marketing disclosure requests, using the methods in Section 12.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and change the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as a statement on our home page or an email to the address we have on file for you.
